Business Development Manager (Remote)

Who are you: 

This is a newly created role due to exponential company growth and a new product offering. You will be responsible for developing healthy pipelines and fostering relationships for the future. You'll be accountable for achieving your own goals and must be driven by sales results.

What needs to be done:

  • Engage with eCommerce retailers to offer our Instant Refund solution.

  • Identify and provide input on where our product team should go next based on customer feedback

  • Identify and define customised sales strategies and tactics that can be employed.

  • Achieve performance targets by increasing market presence & hitting sales targets each quarter.

  • Search for partnership opportunities by looking for creative ways to develop new business 


Our ideal Business Development Manager will have:

  • 5 years+ experience in sales, with at least 2 years within a start-up or Fintech or Ecommerce

  • A healthy record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce applications

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a rapidly growing organisation

  • Demonstrated experience liaising with C-Level Execs

  • Ability to lead source & build relationships with key stakeholders. 

Please note: There could be some domestic and international travel required for this role as we expand into the United States.
